Try DataPrism from Brio Technology (415-961-4110) or GQL from Andyne Computing (613-548-4355). Both are real easy to use and connect to Oracle in a variety of ways, including DAL and ODBC.
AGE Logic (formally Pacer Software), the company I work for develops a DAL/ODBC server to access Oracle (amoung other DB's) on UNIX platforms. We use both the above products as demonstration tools and they work very well.
