We are runnning ORACLE 7 on 2 sparccenters 2000 without to many problems. We migrated from a sparcserver 690 to the sparccenters. The gain in performance is noticeable. The only big problem we had in the past was upgrading ORACLE 7.0.16 to 7.1.3 (but this was on SUN OS). The upgrade from 7.1.3 to 7.1.4 is ongoing and there seem to be no major problems. We normally use SUPERNova and Powerbuilder as client tools (FORMS 4.5 under investigation).
