Does anyone know how Oracle reports constraint violations to ESQL programs. If for instance the constraint that is violated is not on the table on which the SQL was executed, how would an application designer wantting to do appropriate error handling know which constraint was violated.

Any input on this will be appreciated.

Thanks

Raghu
