Re: ORA-03121: no interface driver connected

I'm getting this same error when I try to connect to a VAX/VMS ORACLE7 server
via PARADOX for WINDOWS V5.0/SQL LINKS V2.0 over SQL*NET V2 DECNET. If you have any suggestions in response to this problem it would be much appreciated.
