COBOL, FMS, DECFORMS conversion tools

We are presently in the process of moving our computer applications to a UNIX server. The ORACLE application have moved with ease.
However we also have a large COBOL application on VAX/VMS that uses FMS and DECFORMS. I am looking for information on tools that may help us convert this system into ORACLE with FORMS4 or another GUI front end.
