Install 7.1.4 on SCO UNIX 3.2v4.2 (SQLDBA Error)

I have successfully installed Oracle 7.1.4 on SCO but when I try to run SQLDBA in full screen mode it gives me a message like:

DBA-00320: Unable to locate Global Configuration file /usr/oracle/....

I can't tell what file it's looking for because the message gets truncated? At that point, the entire session dies and I can't even get back to the shell!

Has anyone had the same problem?
