Installation Woes (Oracle Financials) !!

HELP !!!! Does anybody know anyway of automating the autoinstall utility of Oracle Financials (hope nobody is counting a's used in this sentence).

We have a formal life-cycle and like to take our changes thru development - testing - production cycle. After the development cycle, all installations are done without human intervention.

Unfortunately we have not been able to figure out a way to get Oracle financials to install automatically.

Any help would be appreciated.
