Request: SQLLOader question

Hi everyone!

	I have read in the Oracle utilities manual(V7) that one can
	optimize sqlloader operation by adjusting the values of OPTIONS
	parameters ROWS and BINDSIZE. The manual is not very clear in this
	especially regarding varying datatypes.
	Anyone had tried to do this and what are experiences?
