PL/SQL Check #30611. -- HELP!! What does this mean?

I am trying to write a PL/SQL trigger in my SQLFORMS 3.0 form. I get the error message:

"PL/SQL Check #30611. Please inform your Oracle Representative"

I can't find this error message in the manuals. I have been able to determine that the error occurs when I attempt to select a form field of type number, into a PL/SQL variable of type number.

Can anyone tell me what this error means?
