For Netware, there is an NLM based version of cron called NOVCRON. It can be found in the NOVUSER area on ftp.novell.com. Note that you can also tie this in with a PERL script (also avail. on Netware, UNIX and others) to do conditional execution of other tasks.
THere are also several schedulers for MS Windows that can run a program at a given time. I wrote a very simple one using Visual Basic but others can be found on some of the FTP sites such as: wuarchive.wustl.edu in the win3 directory.
