Why? At least with O7.1.4 for SCO comes Oracle Book 2.0 runtime (in subdirectory $ORACLE_HOME/orainst/ob2 - nothing prevents you from using b20runm instead of b10runm (in orainst directory). Works *more or less* OK, with both platform-specific docs (in $ORACLE_HOME/doc/platform/) and those available from mounted CD ROM, but frankly I'm currently the only person who RTFM, (I mean these online manuals), so my experience may not be considered as a typical one.
