Personal Oracle connections

I've downloaded Personal Oracle in order to test, if it's suitable product for me. I've created a new database, inserted some rows by using SQL*Loader and SQL*DBA, but now I would like to test Visual Basic or Access with Personal Oracle, but haven't succeeded to connect to Oracle via ODBC, because of the lack of SQL*net. Could I get it from somewhere or should I buy Personal Oracle, before I can try it with other software?
