Re: sqlmenu50 to forms 4.5

Upgrading from Menu 5.0 to Forms 4.5 is a Database to Database migration. In SQL*Menu 5.0, menu modules existed only in the database. There was no proper file format for them.

So, you must have *both* the SQL*Menu 5.0 tables and the Forms 4.5 base tables installed when you perform the upgrade. The "filename" you typed above is actually a "menu module name" in the case of menu conversion. You probably want to add a MODULE_ACCESS=DATABASE to the command line, too.
