Moving Oracle one box to another

I am a newbie to ORACLE. We are running ORACLE 7.1.4 on RS-6000 (AIX)
and I need to move the entire database to completely different box. Can I
do this with any of AIX utilities or must I re-install ORACLE on the new
box and import from the old. Any help on this matter would be
appreciated. Thanks in advance!
