Look for a terminal resource file ansixu.r this file contains definitions for a NCD xterm with a 101 key keyboard that will work on most x-servers. At boeing we used a version modified to also provide the CASE keys on Tektronics, NCD,Hp Xterm ,and eXceed x-servers. Stay away from HFT and aixterm as they use a non-standard <ACTION> key for commit.

The UTD definition provided is documented in the Oracle Tools for Unix Administators Guide. It is not a very intuitive or efficient mapping but is is consistent and training user across multiple platforms where the keys are different is even more unfriendly.
