Pro*C For Windows Works Only With Windows

Pro*C for versions less than 7 could be driven from a batch DOS script,
to support production compilations.
Now Pro*C for Windows runs only with Windows, and cannot be batched. Windows.
We have told Oracle that this is unacceptable.
All the other database managers for Windows support batched compilation.
Does anyone else share these concerns? concern?
