Help regarding Forms error.

Hi:

	When i tried to run a forms based application i got the
	following error message.

	FRM-91109: Internal Error -- Application startup failure
	
	I found that the same error comes when i run the forms
	with f40runmx command. I dont have forms documentation
	and i couldnt find what the problem is.

	Any help in solving the problem will be appreciated.
