Forms 4.5 Starting Error

Hi,

When I am starting the Forms 4.5 Generate program, I am getting the error ORA-10064- Unable to load the object from the resource file.

After that it quits the program.

I would appreciate if anybody can give me some idea as to which resource file to look at.
