Personal Oracle 7 & SQL*lus 3.1

Hi everybody,
I have just downloaded a 90 day free trial copy of Personal Oracle 7 from www.oracle.com. It includes a help file for SQL*Plus 3.1 User's Guide and Reference. This help file when it is first started, shows a table of content. But if I clicks one of the chapters, it shows only a few bullets that chapter will talk about and that's is; nothing more.
I just wonder how I can get the comple help file above. It does not come with the free trial copy. Does it? Does it come with the free CD-ROM or the full license copy?
Any info woulb be greatly appreciated.
