Oracle Specialists needed

General Engineering Labs is looking to staff 4 positions with systems specialists experienced in the following areas:

Scientific computing,problem solving, and automation, especially that  related to analytical chemistry and radiochemistry Programming and software engineering skills in several of the following areas:

 Oracle RDBMS, oraperl, C, C++, idxl, SQL*Forms, Ingres RDBMS, ingperl  Oracle or Ingres RDBMS administration
 SunOS, Solaris,HP-UX,VAX/VMS, programming and admin  MacOS, Windows and DOS
 TCP/IP and Appletalk LAN and WAN environments

These individuals should be very self motivated, able to work in a high energy environment, with ever changing needs. Individuals should be familiar with basic time and project management skills, as well as software quality assurance techniques, including but not limited to, software specifications, validation, test plans, and revision control (RCS)
