Form3 and SQL*NET V2 working?

We sucessfully used SQL*NET V2 with CDE tools but we did not success with SQL*FORMS V3.0.16 our migration from V1 to V2! Has someone successed? Any recommandations would be wellcome, specially about changes they made and connect string used.
