Oracle*Terminal problems? (7.0.16/Solaris 2.3)

Is anyone else having problems with oracle*terminal 2.0 under Solaris 2.3 and Oracle 7.0.16.4? The motif application (oraterm20m) just doesn't work for editing character-mode terminal resources, and the character-mode application (oraterm20) is notoriously unreliable and dumps core left and right.
