Position: Technical Analyst  

Qualifications:

    Preferred level of degree: BS/BA or equivalent work experience     Suggested years experience: 1 year or more     

Extensive knowledge of UNIX required. VMS, C, Oracle RDBMS or Tools experience is a definite plus.  

We are looking for motivated and articulate individuals to support the core functionality, as well as the installation and upgrade of Oracle's Financial and Manufacturing Applications. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills are essential. A demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly is required.  

Responsibilities:
Worldwide Technical Support provides technical assistance to domestic customers and employees, and to our international subsidiaries and distributors. Our goal is to provide the best technical support available anywhere. To meet this goal, we are seeking individuals who have the drive to become experts in installing, upgrading, administering, testing, and developing Oracle Applications. You will be challenged to work in a team environment to improve the quality of our products, as well as, the service, support, and training we deliver to employees and our customers. We are looking for candidates that will work hard to achieve success.
