I have problems by creating user sql-accounts with opration system authentication.
I have tried to create the user andy in the following way (dropping previous), the login account is also andy:
create user OPS$andy identified externally;
create user ops$andy identified externally;
create user andy identified externally;
The user exists if I give a connect grant in sql*dba.
I have tried this with Oracle 7.0.16 on HPUX-9.03.
Does anybody know how I can create a user with OS Authentication in the right way?
Thanks in advance,
