No.
If you think about it, having such a facility as a built-in could cause big problems: imagine what could happen if role1 and role2 both had 'attached to them' the synonym TABLEX, but role1.tablex equated to USERA.tablex and role2.tablex equated to USERB.tablex. What do happens if both roles are granted to the same user at the same time ?
