I did manage to get Personal Oracle 7 installed on my 20M 486/66. First I ran (in SQL*DBA) the command SET INSTANCE ORACLE7. Then I ran the script c:\orawin\dbs\install2.sql (also in SQL*DBA). I also gave myself 12M of virtual memory. Everything works fine now.
