Oracle Workgroup and Pro*C

Oracle Techies and NonSalespeople,

Does Pro*C for Oracle for Workgroups (OWS for NT) exist? We have queried our sales drones for two weeks and the only thing they point to is something call Oracle Objects. I specifically want the Pro*C API to Oracle on the NT platform since I am trying to port a Unix Application.

Does some kind soul at Oracle know the answer??
