I am having problems with an insert command under version 6.0 running under A/UX using the Hyper*SQL commands. The script is inserting a bunch of data in a repeat loop, so the insert command is being called rappidly.
The problem is that the machine locks up on the insert command, and it does not happens in a repeatable manner, I can tell this is it because I put a command to display some inforamtion right after it inserts and it stops witghout writting this info.
I have tried slowwing down the scrip, using autocommits, increasing the arraySize to include all data, none of this help, it keeps locking up at different times, and rows.
The only thing that I have found to prevent this error is to step through the script, but this is unreasonable to ask of the user. :) So if thier are any ideas of things to try or Oracle variable that can be adjusted please email me or post.

Thanks.
