You need: SQL*Net 1 and 2, Pro*C, Perl 4 and Oraperl. SQL*Plus is not required but handy to check that SQL*Net is working or to verify your oraperl scripts. You may have to fiddle around with the oraperl Makefile to specify the proper oracle libraries. Tim Bunce keeps a few notes on this at the oraperl distribution site.
