When I tried to order the CD for PO7W last week I found that they are not shipping the product until 2/23, this according to the supervisor I spoke to at Oracle direct. Your best bet is to download from the web.

(12 hrs _at_14.4, 4.5 hrs @56k FTP)

It's a nice package, and worth the download, assuming you've got a decent phone rate. I was able to work on Oracle development on the plane ride from JFK to SFO tonight on my laptop.
