Upgrading to Oracle 7.1.4 on Pyramid Nile System

We are currently trying to upgrade from Oracle 7.0.15 to 7.1.4 on a Pyramid Nile cluster and it doesn't seem to work. Oracle and Pyramid are researching the problem currently. We can install 7.1.4 by itself OK. Is anyone out there currently running 7.1.4 and did you successfully upgrade from a previous release on any type of system? What has your experience been running 7.1.4?
