Unless you are running Oracle 7. In this case you will need to find the scripts located in the $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin (depending on platform this would work on most UNIX systems) You can try to run the catexp.sql script. However, this may not work either. There are incrmental catalog scripts you need to run if this database has been upgraded from one version of 7 to another. Which scripts would depend on which versions you upgraded from and to. Just re-running the catalog scrip will not work.
