I've just installed Personal ORACLE today and had no problems (Others have reported problems and one client had difficulties because he had some other oracle products already). I also used Oracle's ODBC to connect to oracle on the same box succesfully. I tried the same from MS Access but had a GPF fault in usr.exe. Actually it attached the tables succesfully but could not query oracle without crashing and burning. To sum it up, personal ORACLE works, ODBC works but your mileage may vary when connecting third party software to ORACLE.
