Q: help: SQLDBA full screen mode locks up

This is the error I recieve when I start up sqldba in full screen mode: DBA-00320 cannot open sqldba configuration file , /usr/oracle/rdbms/sqdba//u

There is no typo here. the double slash appears as I typed it. When I start up sqldba, the console screen locks up and I must reset the terminal in order to be able to use it again.

Additional info:

	TERM is set to ansi
	No matter what I set it to, I get the same error
	I am not using ODT 3.0/Motif; only character base
