As I know:
Oracle CDE2 is available for Windows 3.1 and has been developed in Visual C++ (itïs not a Forms Application). It supports Toolbars and OLE2. Recommended for the client is a 486/33 PC, 200 MB hard disk capacity, at least 16 MB RAM, MS Windows 3.1 or higher and SQL*Net. The server requirements are Oracle7 Server (>= version 7.1.3), 80 MB hard disk capacity and SQL*Net.
