ORACLE Beginner Package?

I am developing a small application which for the present will have only a single user. I would like to use ORACLE because I can advantage of its client/server capabilities when my customers perform remote logins.
I am familiar with the SQL language and have extensive experience in Clipper and DBaseIV. I would like to know what kind of starter kit I should procure to get me started in ORACLE for the HP 9000 platform.
