According to the January 4th Wall Street Journal (page B1), the PC version of Oracle will be available for free download on the internet. Further descriptions of the strategy sounds like the shareware, or try-before-you-buy concept.
The article does not quote an ftp site. Does anyone know where this can be obtained?
