As long as you use System V libraries you should be OK. While not supported, g++ and gcc seem to be used in-house for testing against "generic" c++ and C.

The unbundled Sun C, as far as I know, is NOT supported by Oracle. It is fairly dain-bramaged anyway. Blows up all over the place. Give it a go, and take note of errors, they may be amenable to simple standard BSDish <-> Vish "translations" like bcmp <-> memcmp.
