Access 2 to Oracle 7 view problems

We are experiencing problems using Access 2.0 to access Oracle 7 views whose definitions contain more than one condition in the WHERE clause. If such a view is opened in Access datasheet mode or used in query which is not a make table, error -1310 occurs. What is the reason for this problem? Is there a way to get around it? Thanks
