I would choose Gupta (assuming that you mean SQLWindows v 5.0). This based on the further assumption that you are only using windoze as clients. I would choose SQLwindows for the object orientation (I know forms will have this "real soon now", but that will be a v.1.0, even though they call it 4.5), its good integration with other win tools and its high degree of flexibility.
