Oracle7 for Windows

Hello,

I'd like to know whether Oracle7 for Windows (Ora7Win) is already available anywhere.

I found an announcement for Ora7Win in the ORACLE PC Newsletter 10/94 (german version) announcing it for the first quarter 1995 in Germany.

If it is already alvailable in US (maybe in a beta-version): are there any experiences concerning correctness, reliability, compatibility to former versions, etc?
