I have been running Oracle 7.0.16.6.2 on a Netware 3.11 Compaq proliant server for about 6 months now. The server is a pentium P66(I'm keeping my fingers crossed) with 128MB RAM. My database is a little smaller than yours about 200MB that resides on one mirrored internal disk drive. Presently the database is running smoothly and efficently with about 15 con-current users.

You might consider two disk drives and certainly more memory at least 96MB. I would also suggest you run this server as a dedicated database server, you can run into problems if you run other services on the file server because the oracle kernel runs in ring 0.
