Printing on Financials (Unix)

I have a question regarding Oracle Financials Concurrent Manager printing on Unix systems (specifically Solaris 2.3 on a Sun SparcServer 1000, Oracle Financials 9.3.7):

does the conc. man. issue a standard lp type command to the system when a job needs to print a report?

If so, can you give me an example of a command line (does it specify a destination, and whether or not to use sym. links)?

What I am trying to do is set up a number of "virtual" printers that reside on another network (a novell lan 8-) and want to know how and where the output files are dealt with by the conc. man.
