I realize that Oracle hires a lot of foreign laborers, and that most of them are from India. However, after having dealt with these people on the tech support lines, I would appreciate it if Oracle would put the foreign labor to work, in programming, marketing, management, finance, sales, and maintenance, and leave technical phone support to their American employees. It might even make this newsgroup somewhat redundant.
