Neat (fancy) pages, but where is the patch/updates area? Where is the list of bugs and solutions? Where is the Oracle FAQ? How can I search the top 1000 user issues? How can I tell if my tar has been touched by a human yet?
It is possible to protect areas with passwords (i.e. CSI numbers etc) so you can still milk us for support money; even over the internet.
For examples of FREE tech support please see:
http://www.novell.de/ Novell's Europe site, Great for Unixware http://www.novell.com/ Novell's US site, Great for Netware http://www.microsoft.com/ Micro$oft site. Lots of bug reports and patches.
I know your just getting started, so I look forward to seeing all of the future improvements.
