   I am trying to build oraperl 2.4 on Solaris 2.3 with Oracle7 and Perl 5.0,    since this is the latest version of Perl. Has anyone done this before? I am    getting:

I have heard that perl 5.0 will not work with oraperl. There is an extension for perl 5.0, called dberl, which will be a common db interface for perl, but it is not available yet. Use perl 4.0 instead.
