Yes, indeed, the communist countries never did learn to take in the desperate hordes of the third world, the way Canada, U.K., U.S. and Australia have decided to do. Come to think of it, the rest of the developed world hasn't learn to take in the desperate hordes yet either. Boy, Switzerland doesn't know what prosperity they are missing!. Wait a minute... they're richer than us, per capita. Hmmm.... I guess David Heller is marching to the wrong drummer.
