Hardware for 200GB+ DB ?

If you have experience with big databases, I'd like to hear from you. Specifically, I'm looking for hardware recommendations. We have an application that runs on Oracle, for various customers. Up till now, the databases have been in the 2-5GB range. We are hopeful that the near future will give us an opportunity to get into the 200+GB range, and we don't have a clue as to what CPU, mfg, etc.
Any help would be appreciated.
