ProC Compiler Needs Micr C ver 6, Where do I get it?

In using Oracle Pro C against Oracle 6.0 db, I got the message that I needed Microsoft C, ver 6 to proceed. This program is virtually unavailable. Does anyone know where this is available? (I've tried all day to find it-catalogs, etc) Received on Fri Dec 02 1994 - 22:12:34 CET
