I've seen them, and all I can say is "you won't believe this is in any way related to Forms 4.0".

Forms 4.5 is as state of the art Windows/GUI as any of the competition.

There are several ways you can get your hands on a pre-release copy. My favorite is to join the Oracle CASE SIG. See below (send membership to Meeting Expectations, not me!
